Every time that I go to Mock Tire, they fix my car. They don't overcharge and they do quality work in my opinion. I am a repeat customer and all of the repairs I have through them are holding up perfectly.

I almost didn’t come here, I got a referral from a guy that did plumbing. Unfortunately while driving through this garbage city infrastructure I hit a pothole that did damage to my car, got a report and an attorney to deal with NCDOT. However in the meantime I still wanted to drive my car, after a Firestone estimate my biggest issue was the rear wheel bearings. This shop had a good price, and what I appreciated the most was honesty. The reviews made the staff seem irritated, I think most of these people haven’t worked long hours in a blue collar job… the staff is just straight forward. The shop owner Luke is also working, he’s there taking calls and on the cars & not sitting in comfort letting his stuff do it all. For this reason my experience was 5/5, I dropped off my car & got it the next day no issues. The highlight of it all was the shop owner going over what was wrong and giving me genuine advice that isn’t just to fatten his pocket. That’s integrity that’s hard to come by these days, but also clear skin in the game. Clearly he’s not here to make a quick buck, but cares about his company’s reputation which means you’re not going to get trash work.

My husband had previously had some good work done with them a few months ago and I had bought tires from them years ago, so when I needed a tire rotation and wanted to looking into replacing one or more tires I went here. I didn’t make an appointment so I expected to wait. Guy told me they don’t sell used tires, which is fine. I explained the concern about my tires. Guy said they’d take a look and let me know what needed replacing. Waited over an hour and a half just for them to rotate my tires. I asked how the tires were and was told I would need four new tires soon. Could have sold them to me today had you checked with me like you said you would. Waste of time. Will not be back. Edited to add: They didn’t even rotate my tires but they sure charged me for it. Don’t even bother with this place.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I came there to get my right front tire looked at for a leak. They found a valve stem loose and I went on my way until I got home and saw what looked like a chicken worked on my car. It is scratched all up and down on my fender right above the wheel and when I went back to show him, the guy almost laughed at me and instantly said they got nothing to do with it. He went on to mention I also got a rock chip so it must be a trashed car. He never once questioned or asked anyone about anything about it even when I told him I took a video of my car in the parking lot right before I walked in the store, he wouldn’t take the time to even watch it. I’m looking in further actions towards this place.

I always get my vehicle serviced at this Country Club Rd location. The staff welcomes you when opening the door. I get my oil changed; vehicle inspection (suggest making an appointment), and checking fluids under hood on my SUV. Their waiting area is comfortable and very clean. Outstanding Maintenance and Customer Service. I appreciate everyone's expertise and professionalism. Thank you, and KUDOS!! 😃👍🏽🏆
